You have 7 calendar days from the date of physical delivery confirmation to notify us and initiate a return request for eligible products.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a valid return and full refund:

  • The item must be in its original, uninstalled/unused condition with all tags, serial numbers, manuals, accessories, and original packaging intact.
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video proof of defect/damage.
  • Items that show clear signs of user-induced physical damage, water submersion, or misuse are ineligible for return.

3. Return Process Step-by-Step

  1. Initiate Contact: Reach out to our customer care team via email (support@fastpoint.shop) or WhatsApp (+234 800 3278 7646) with your Order Number (e.g. FP-XXXXXXXX).
  2. Return Authorization & Inspection: Our team will review the claim and provide dispatch instructions to return the item to our inspection hub in Lagos.
  3. Resolution: Upon physical receipt and verification (within 24–48 hours of item arrival), we will issue a replacement or initiate a refund.

4. Refund Disbursement & Timelines

Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method (Debit Card or Nigerian Bank Account) or issued as instant FastPoint Wallet credit upon your preference. Bank processing typically reflects in your statement within 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.

5. Impact on Referral Rewards

To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent exploitation, any pending referral reward tied to a refunded or cancelled order is automatically reversed. This is why referral commissions are held for 7 days post-delivery before becoming available for spend.
