Welcome to FastPoint Shop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and FastPoint Shop governing your access to and purchase of items from our store.
1. Account Registration & Security
When creating an account on FastPoint Shop, you agree to provide authentic, accurate, and current contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding your password credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
2. Product Orders, Pricing & Inventory
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦). While we strive for absolute accuracy in catalog pricing and inventory figures, typographical errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order before dispatch, with a full refund of any charged amount.
3. Secure Online Payments & Order Processing
Payments must be completed through our encrypted online checkout gateway before orders are dispatched. Any applicable payment processing fees are itemized transparently on the checkout summary prior to payment confirmation.
4. Shipping, Transit & Delivery
We deliver across all Nigerian states through verified dispatch carriers. Delivery timelines typically range from 1–3 business days in Lagos/Abuja and 3–5 business days in other regions. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by our courier partner.
5. Referral & Rewards Program Terms
Participation in the FastPoint Referral Program is subject to the following fair-use policies:
- Self-referrals (referring one's own alternate accounts, identical payment methods, or phone numbers) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of reward balances.
- Referral rewards are issued in a pending state upon payment and mature into available balances 7 days after successful delivery.
- Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders automatically reverse the corresponding referral commission.
- Reward balances cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the store platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
